This excursion will take you to the stunning Kasbah Ait Benhaddou in the Ouarzazate province, located approximately 180 km from Marrakech, traversing the Atlas Mountains and its picturesque villages and towns. Designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1987, the Kasbah is renowned as one of the most beautiful and traditional sites in Morocco.

Ouarzazate is renowned worldwide among filmmakers and cinema enthusiasts, as the city boasts cinema studios and has served as the backdrop for numerous renowned movies and series, including « Lawrence of Arabia, » « Gladiator, » « Kingdom of Heaven, » and, more recently, « Game of Thrones, » where the Kasbah was featured in the third season of the series in 2013.

Another captivating site in Ouarzazate city is the Kasbah Taourirt, another fortified city often referred to as the « Hollywood of Africa. » This ancient structure was constructed from mud and features two crenellated towers.

Our return journey to Marrakech will commence around 4:00 pm, and we’ll ensure you’re safely dropped off at your accommodation, concluding our memorable adventure.
